Spektro, Inc. ("Spektro", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

It covers two distinct contexts: our website at getspektro.com, and the Spektro platform provided to our customers. Where a practice applies to only one of them, we say so.

A. Website Visitors

Information you provide. Our website offers forms for contacting us, requesting a demo, signing up for access, and requesting an integration. Depending on the form, we collect:

• Your name and work email address.
• Your company name and job title, where you choose to provide them.
• Any free-text content you include, such as your message, the tools you would like us to integrate with, or details about your environment.

Free-text fields are sent to us as written, so please do not include confidential or sensitive information in them.

Information collected automatically. We use a third-party analytics service to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages are viewed and general referrer, device, and country-level signals. Our hosting provider also processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, in the course of delivering the site.

Cookies. Our website does not set cookies, and it has no login or user session. You can browse getspektro.com without us tracking you across sites.

B. Platform Customers

When your organization connects Spektro to your systems, we read operational data through integrations you explicitly authorize. This typically includes infrastructure telemetry, such as metrics and alerts, and topology or inventory records, such as device and rack data.

All Spektro integrations are read-only. Spektro does not write changes to your infrastructure. Operational artifacts such as SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and postmortems are drafted for your operators to review and execute in your own tools.

[03] How We Use and Share Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry, demo request, or integration request.
• Send you a confirmation copy of what you submitted.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the Spektro platform and website.
• Send you product or marketing communications you have asked to receive.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who process it on our behalf, including providers of email delivery, website hosting, and analytics services. These providers are located in the United States and are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

Legal disclosure. We may disclose information where required by law, or where we believe it necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Spektro, our customers, or others.

Retention. We retain inquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and to comply with our legal obligations.

Our website is served over encrypted connections (TLS). Platform integrations are scoped read-only, so Spektro has no ability to modify your infrastructure. Access to inquiry data is limited to Spektro personnel who need it to respond to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, these measures do not guarantee that it will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

You may at any time:

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time by contacting us. We may still send administrative messages relating to a request you have made.
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct or delete it.
